Hotel Europe And Spa - Reims

We really enjoyed this great budget hotel. the room had twin beds. the breakfast had a good choice of options, including bread and pastries. the venue was centrally located near all the bars, restaurants, and the pedestrian area of Reims.

The booking said "exclusive room". There was nothing exclusive about it. The room was very small with a very uncomfortable (hard) bed. Nothing had been done to make the lobby look inviting or presentable. Borrowed an iron, which almost ruined a white shirt, because it was damaged. Didn't have breakfast there - took one look and decided to go elsewhere, which is easy given the location close to shops and restaurants.

The room was updated and reasonably spacious with twin beds. We slept very well. Its location not too far from La Paix was marvelous. Local cuisine was served in the lobby restaurant.

Breakfast was not very good and way too expensive. Bed not really comfortable and really short! Max 1,90 mtr long.

Decent breakfast with some greasy bacon and runny scrambled eggs - not bad for the price! 🍳

the hotel has excellent location very close to city center, just walking distance from the cathedral and famous Cafe du Palais (highly recommended place to eat) - just behind the cathedral, opposite to Opera.

the hotel parking has limited parking places, no soap or dusche gel in the room.

The rooms here are really cozy and well-lit, with large Samsung LED TVs, big windows, and the staff is friendly.

Very comfortable beds and clean. Close parking! Breakfast was ok and plenty of it.

We arrived to check into our family room and were told it was not available. We were given 2 rooms which was ok but not what we wanted and not good since we booked a few weeks earlier.

Location is Superb - just around the corner of Place D'rouet d'erlon which is a great pedestrian areas with loads of bars and cafes.Breakfast seemed a bit overpriced - we got it somewhere else.

Room was spacious, but old - no view whatsoever. Have a bit of noise from the other rooms/corridors

Excellent location and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff at Kyriad were very friendly and accommodating. The ease of access to the surrounding Champagne area was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room is updated and bright with twin beds. The hotel offers a satisfactory breakfast with greasy fatty bacon and runny scrambled egg, as example. The venue has excellent and absolutely perfect location in a nice area off the reception.

Friendly and informative staff. Well located, just a short walk from the nearby RER station (just make sure you go the right way. We didn't and ended up putting ourselves out by about half an hour)
